Gillette Stadium, Foxboro, MA
Design of site electric and telephone power distribution systems as well as site lighting for over 4.5 million square foot site. Design included coordination and negotiations with local utilities for obtaining a dual 10 megawatt redundant service to a new 68,000 seat NFL football stadium as well as the associated facility support buildings including indoor practice facility and waste water treatment plant.

Hoechst Marion Roussell, Bridgewater, NJ
The Phase One plan evaluated and made recommendations for the expansion of the existing central plant and site utilities including steam, chilled water, domestic water, sewer and fire protection system. Phase Two designed and implemented the expansion of the central plant and distribution systems to supply new buildings and increase the utility feeds to old buildings.

Developed a master plan that evaluated how the existing central plant and site distribution should be upgraded in light of the Logan Expansion Program. This Plan was integrated with construction that included new terminals, roads and utility distribution. The energy usage of the heating system was reduced by using a hot water system for distribution to new buildings and planning the conversion over time of the existing buildings.

Developed a master plan that looked at a variety of ways the system could be upgraded to meet the campus cooling needs for the next twenty years. The existing cooling system and site loads were evaluated to determine the existing equipment condition and the present cooling loads. At the end of the Study Phase, the Plan was used as the basis to expand the central plant from 1300 tons to 3300 tons.
